Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of data management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
Preferred
- Experience working remotely in a distributed team
- Familiarity with CRM systems or database tools
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and security practices
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred in the MENA region)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
- Verify and validate data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
- Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and confidentiality policies
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required
