Data Entry Administrator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar role
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with database management systems or CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting
- Administrative or office support experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update data in internal databases and spreadsheets
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis when needed
- Verify and cross-check information with source documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Assist administrative staff with clerical tasks as required
