Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business performance and driving top-line growth
- Working experience in Loyalty or Commercial
- Experience in Technical expertise regarding data models, big data, customer/loyalty analysis, CRM database analysis, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Working experience in data science models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to transform data to insights.
- Ability to organize well, work under pressure and juggle multiple requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with teams across Loyalty to understand and develop measurement KPIs and set up tracking and measurement. Document measurement frameworks, KPI development and reporting inputs for reference by all teams within Loyalty as needed.
- Build automated dashboards, reports and scorecards for self-service use across the department. Train and support teams in understanding and utilizing the reports to make data-backed decisions.
- Develops and applies analytical algorithms and methods where possible with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes. Continuously improve the business data science models, creating industry-leading performance through the leveraging of new and creative data-sources, and employing the latest in machine learning within the department.
- Responsible for analysing overall performance of data-driven initiatives across the department, service ad-hoc insight requests, and develop visual insight dashboards and reports for consumption by the rest of the department.
- Engage with the Enterprise Analytics and Warehousing departments in the creation of high quality analyses for all functions of the business and in the definition of metrics that track the business performance at different fronts including Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Data Hub & CRIS Warehouse.
- Drive a ‘Customer first, data centric’ decision making culture within our client by helping the business quantify and measure the costs.
- Validate, interpret, and create reports, dashboard & presentations for departmental heads/management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Champion the use of Test and learn methodologies to allows a business to try out new ideas and concepts in order to understand the impact it has on factors such as customer experience, employee productivity and revenue.
- Collaborate with numerous departments across Emirates, aiding them in the proper use of our client’s data, hence, ensuring the delivery of desired operational results.
