CX Sales Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and listening skills required
- Extensive experience delivering technical and service-based solutions to promote material handling system longevity
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In conjunction with the Direct or Integrator Account Managers, this individual will be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers for CX-related opportunities.
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Work extensively with customers on solution options
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Achieve bookings goals across CX teams
- Educate customers on key system lifecycle milestones and develop supporting multiyear CAPEX program.
- Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize CRM system to manage deals, follow-up, contact information, forecasting reports etc.
- Responsible for working with internal cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive proposal generation and revisions
- Act as the customer’s advocate to ensure they have the best experience with CX
