REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service within a remote or sales environment, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre is highly desirable
  • Excellent client communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of travel scheduling, planning tools, and hotel/hospitality standards
  • Prior experience working with travel planning software or reservation platforms is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing expert guidance on travel options and services
  • Assist clients with travel scheduling, including flight and hotel
  • Coordinate travel plans by leveraging extensive knowledge of the travel industry, hotel experiences, and hospitality standards to craft tailored itineraries
  • Communicate clearly with clients ensuring a personalized experience
  • Manage multiple reservations efficiently while maintaining organized records of client interactions and booking details
  • Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and service providers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues swiftly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and GDS functionalities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
