Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Multilingual proficiency with strong command of English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or client services is preferred
- Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to detail; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently and professionally
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data accurately and provide meaningful insights
- Good computer skills including typing speed and proficiency in various software applications
- Experience in cash handling or transaction processing is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages, including bilingual communication when needed
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, or research data requests, ensuring clear and positive interactions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or verify information as part of research support activities
- Enter and update data accurately in various databases using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Support research teams by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to facilitate project progress and insights
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, professionalism, and communication skills during all client interactions
- Handle cash transactions or billing inquiries with accuracy and integrity when applicable
