- Strong phone and communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers daily
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn scheduling/CRM software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls and speak with customers professionally
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily routes
- Respond to customer emails and messages
- Enter estimates and work orders into our system
- Prepare and send invoices
- Record payments and basic bookkeeping
- Maintain organized customer records
- Communicate with field technicians regarding schedule changes
- Follow up with customers after service
