REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to patient and provider inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and thorough information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
