  • Steady power supply (backup power source required)
  • Noise-free work environment
  • High-quality headphones with a clear microphone for communication
  • Availability to be online and responsive as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about our services and processes
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Track, document, and follow up on customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times
  • Experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of customer service tools (e.g., CRM systems, live chat platforms, and helpdesk software)
