REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Must be computer literate

- Steady power supply (backup power source required)
- Noise-free work environment
- High-quality headphones with a clear microphone for communication
- Availability to be online and responsive as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our services and processes
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
- Track, document, and follow up on customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times
- Experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of customer service tools (e.g., CRM systems, live chat platforms, and helpdesk software)
