Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales or follow-up experience is a plus
- Strong phone communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport
- Basic computer and scheduling skills
- Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop and smartphone for work communication
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Return customer calls and respond to service inquiries
- Follow up with potential clients regarding quotes and estimates
- Schedule appointments for cleaning services and remodeling consultations
- Provide friendly, professional communication with customers
- Maintain organized notes on customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
