REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Sales or follow-up experience is a plus
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport
  • Basic computer and scheduling skills
  • Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop and smartphone for work communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Return customer calls and respond to service inquiries
  • Follow up with potential clients regarding quotes and estimates
  • Schedule appointments for cleaning services and remodeling consultations
  • Provide friendly, professional communication with customers
  • Maintain organized notes on customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
