RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the sales representative with the daily management of client accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, etc.)
- Enter and update information in the system
- Ensure accurate follow-up on files and deadlines
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients
- Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
