RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the sales representative with the daily management of client accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Follow up on orders and coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, etc.)
  • Enter and update information in the system
  • Ensure accurate follow-up on files and deadlines
  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients
  • Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
