REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments with strong outbound calling skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer proficiency
- Previous experience in sales or client services is a plus, along with analysis skills for interpreting customer data
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately under pressure
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services or products
- Assist customers with data entry tasks, updating account information accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and computer skills
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary, ensuring accuracy and integrity in cash handling procedures
- Analyze customer data to identify trends or areas for improvement, contributing to enhanced client services and operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions to support ongoing client relationships and team reporting
