Customer Care & Enrollment Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or an enrollment/intake role
- Friendly, persuasive, and patient phone and email communication skills
- Comfortable explaining a service clearly and guiding someone through a sign-up process
- Basic computer proficiency — email, data entry, or spreadsheet tools
- Background check required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls and emails from parents inquiring about our client’s service and subscription plans
- Walk prospective customers through how the service works and help them complete sign-up
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t enrolled yet
- Address common questions about pricing, routes, pickup times, and safety
- Keep accurate records of inquiries and enrollments
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm service availability in the caller’s area
