Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or an enrollment/intake role
  • Friendly, persuasive, and patient phone and email communication skills
  • Comfortable explaining a service clearly and guiding someone through a sign-up process
  • Basic computer proficiency — email, data entry, or spreadsheet tools
  • Background check required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from parents inquiring about our client’s service and subscription plans
  • Walk prospective customers through how the service works and help them complete sign-up
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t enrolled yet
  • Address common questions about pricing, routes, pickup times, and safety
  • Keep accurate records of inquiries and enrollments
  • Coordinate with the operations team to confirm service availability in the caller’s area
