Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years editing short-form paid social — DTC, medspa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or ASMR-heavy creative all count
- Fluent in CapCut and/or Premiere; comfortable with 9:16 cuts, on-screen text, captioning
- You think in hooks first, not aesthetics first — you can tell me why the first 1.5 seconds of an ad matter more than the next 30
- You read the META Ad Library natively and use it as your research tool
- You write or steal hook lines confidently and don’t need a full brief to ship
- You’re comfortable getting paid per edit and being measured on performance, not hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit 3–5 short-form ads per spa per week (9:16 vertical, 30–45 sec) optimized for META + TikTok placement
- Concept hooks from raw UGC footage we provide (and competitor ad libraries you find yourself)
- Iterate on winning ads — when a hook works, generate 3–5 variants the next week instead of starting from scratch
- Review the prior week’s performance data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate) and adjust what you ship next
- Stay current on what’s working in the medspa / beauty / ASMR space and bring new format ideas to our briefs
