REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented — you catch things others miss
- Comfortable navigating software platforms and online dashboards
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Experience in notary services, real estate, title, escrow, or legal services is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you what you need to know
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use our platform to search for, evaluate, and assign notaries to incoming orders
- Review completed signing documents for accuracy and correctness
- Coordinate order flow and communicate effectively with the rest of the team
- Manage scheduling and order fulfillment to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
