REQUIREMENTS

• Also willing to able work with Overtime
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed to specification and reducing the likelihood of errors.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, promoting personal growth and development within the construction field.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, supporting the demands of the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent (No Education also Preferable), providing foundational knowledge for construction tasks.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and electricians by providing necessary tools and materials on-site to ensure quick and efficient project progress.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition to prevent work delays.
• Help in the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including erecting scaffolding and protective barriers to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Clean and organize workspaces daily to enhance productivity and maintain a professional appearance on the job site.
• Assist in measuring and cutting materials according to specifications, ensuring accuracy to minimize waste and cost.
