REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be outgoing and have a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior experience in the solar industry is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential solar energy customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
  • Provide prospective customers with information about our solar products and services.
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure they are still interested and confirm their appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to final sale.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
