REQUIREMENTS
- Must be outgoing and have a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience in the solar industry is necessary; training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential solar energy customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
- Provide prospective customers with information about our solar products and services.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure they are still interested and confirm their appointments.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to final sale.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
