REQUIREMENTS
● Strong customer service experience
● Comprehensive PC skills (i.e., Google Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel products)
● Data entry skills (databases, online systems)
● Strong communication (both written and verbal), professionalism and interpersonal
skills
● High attention to detail and efficient organization skills
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively
● Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
● Associate’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and ownership of client deliverables
● Handle all client requests in a responsive, comprehensive, and customer-focused way
● Responsible for daily communication and follow-up with clients via phone and email
● Attend client meetings (video and/or phone) as needed
● Data entry and documentation in company CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
● Coordinate with the Sales department and Field Consultants for new client onboarding and lead generations
● Liaison between the client and internal teams, resolving emerging problems efficiently and professionally
● Other duties as assigned
