- Experience in customer service, client relations, administrative support, or a similar role is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with tracking deadlines, document status, and required follow-up items through structured spreadsheets or workflow tools.
- Help prepare, review, and submit documents to state and federal agencies within required deadlines.
- Assist with state-specific forms, client portal uploads, regulatory portal uploads, weekly report check-ins, and document management functions as assigned.
- Support routine operational auditsand compliance-related reviews.
- Collaborate with Client Representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and department needs.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services Department as additional needs are identified.
