REQUIREMENTS

Excellent independent work ethics and ability to work efficiently from home office
Competence in engaging and communicating effectively with customers from a broad range of backgrounds
Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and French languages
Prior experience working in property rental or sales market preferred, but not required
Strong listening skills to help identify and anticipate client needs
Persuasive and affective sales approach, always in-line with client requirements
Ability to work through negotiations amicably between rental clients and property owners
Proficiency with computer skills
Keen attention to detail
Skilled in learning and retaining property details, as well as team processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to assigned customer rental inquiries by phone and email
Help clients compare/contrast properties, choose the best match, and close booking
Maintain contact and re-contact all inquiries until they book or stop responding
Handle price and date negotiations with property owners
Keep accurate records in Salesforce database and update efficiently
Research and understand discerning attributes of all properties within our client’s collection, always continuing to educate self on new listings and regional changes
Work well with others on our client’s team, optimizing connections and efficiencies
Liaise with team and customers when necessary if problems arise during a rental
Notify team of any inaccurate property information – correct minor errors on site and database
Answer owner and customer calls, emails, questions, and concerns in a timely, kind and professional manner
Maintain a quiet workspace and internet connection at home, making and receiving phone calls as necessary throughout the workday.
