REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of the MENA region
• A track record demonstrating an exceptional ability to develop and grow a book of business
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Problem solving skills – just make things happen !
• Deep understanding of X and the regional media landscape, and related opportunities for marketers in MENA. Fine understanding of the dynamics of the Saudi market is a big plus.
• Experience in dealing with major and complex organizations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is strongly preferred
• Arabic language is a plus
• Need to spend 3 days to Saudi Arabia minimum every month
• Experience in Tech platforms or consulting are a plus
• Established relationships with decision makers at companies and agencies
• Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in very fast paced environments
• Minimum BA / BS degree. Masters’ degree preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish a collaborative business relationship between X, top MENA companies and their marketing agencies (media / creative), with the objective of creating valuable annual partnership for both sides
• Create & deliver consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how Xr’s advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers
• Help advertisers build and execute effective digital strategies for X, measure results, and renew / up-sell to drive revenue growth
• Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving media & digital landscape, and adapting to X’s ongoing product developments & priorities
• Strategic thinking – Ability to understand, digest, and turn data and markets trends into actionable business opportunities, on both the short and long term
• Mentoring new team members as our organization grows
• Be involved in x-functional activities impacting X’s footprint in the MENA region
