REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance broking (broker-side experience required)
- Proven track record of managing and retaining a corporate client portfolio
- Strong technical knowledge of Property & Casualty, Motor and commercial insurance lines
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- English (fluent – required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients with a book value of $250K+ USD
- Serve as the trusted advisor to C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Build strong, long-term partnerships through proactive service and regular client engagement
- Maintain a client retention rate of 95%+
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analysis across property, casualty, motor and other commercial lines
- Design and recommend insurance programmes tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms, premiums and policy wordings with insurers on behalf of clients
- Review and advise on policy endorsements, claims and renewals
- Drive growth within your existing portfolio through cross-selling, upselling and referrals
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Achieve individual revenue growth targets
- Contribute to the team’s overall business development strategy
