Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of UAE experience in construction/contracting.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approved Engineer – Mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
• Able to handle site activities and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and DM requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Arrange and follow up on site inspections and approvals.
• Monitor work progress, quality, materials, and manpower.
• Prepare site reports and required documents.
• Ensure compliance with DM requirements and safety standards.
