REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality Engineer License is Mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality regulations, approved drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
