REQUIREMENTS

* A professional finance qualification, ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA
* MUST speak Arabic.
* Proven experience in financial leadership within the business services sector.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
* Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Deal with investors and M&A projects.
* Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and executive teams.
* Group consolidation will play a large part in this role.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes effectively.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
* Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
