Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience preferred.
2. Strong experience in both carpentry and painting.
3. Must be multi-skilled and willing to handle different types of maintenance jobs.
4. Good knowledge of carpentry tools, painting materials, and finishing techniques.
5. Ability to understand site requirements and work independently.
6. Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
7. Responsible, punctual, and professional when dealing with clients.
8. Ability to work as part of a technical maintenance team.
9. UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Carry out general carpentry work, repairs, and installations.
2. MDF, plywood, laminate, and wooden furniture works.
3. Door, cabinet, shelf, partition, and related repair/installation works.
4. Painting works including surface preparation, putty, sanding, primer, and finishing coats.
5. Touch-up and repair works for walls, ceilings, doors and wooden surfaces.
6. Minor gypsum, silicone, sealing and general maintenance works.
7. Assist with basic civil and handyman works when required.
8. Carry out site measurements and identify materials required for each job.
9. Use tools, equipment and materials safely and correctly.
10. Complete works with good finishing quality and within the required timeframe.
11. Maintain cleanliness and protect the client’s property while working.
