REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Previous experience in customer service and must have a basic knowledge of the Michigan medical marijuana program
  • Knowledge of cannabis products, including different strains, consumption methods, and dosage guidelines is advantageous
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Energetic attitude with a passion for helping others and promoting wellness initiatives
  • Basic understanding of legal regulations related to cannabis
  • Willingness to learn about new products, industry trends, and evolving policies

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment that encourages open communication and trust
  • Preparing State applications and prepping the clinic day
  • answering emails, phone calls, and texts
  • answering questions about the medical marijuana program in Michigan and Illinois
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members
