REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service related role
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving/Decision-making capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Analytical thinking

Preferred

  • Previous experience in related fields

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers all incoming calls with a friendly, empathetic approach.
  • Address inquiries and provide information about services to clients or customers.
  • Accurately gathers and inputs pertinent information into organizational systems.
  • Confirm eligibility or documentation requirements based on company policies or regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the intake process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable data security and privacy regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned or apparent
