Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in a customer service related role
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving/Decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Analytical thinking
Preferred
- Previous experience in related fields
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers all incoming calls with a friendly, empathetic approach.
- Address inquiries and provide information about services to clients or customers.
- Accurately gathers and inputs pertinent information into organizational systems.
- Confirm eligibility or documentation requirements based on company policies or regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the intake process.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable data security and privacy regulations.
- Other duties as assigned or apparent
