Business Resilience Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Professional certification in business continuity or resilience (e.g., CBCI, CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301)\n- 5-8 years of experience in business continuity management or operational resilience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 and BCI Good Practice Guidelines
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and BCM/risk management tools

RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and manage a standardized Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across MEA entities
• Lead BCM testing and exercising programs including tabletop exercises and simulation drills
• Support regional crisis management capability and coordination during business disruptions
• Drive the development of the MEA operational resilience program
• Ensure BCM practices meet regional regulatory requirements (CBUAE, SAMA, CBB, CBO)
• Support first-line teams in maintaining operational risk registers
• Lead cross-functional BCM and resilience conversations with senior leadership
