Business Development Manager – Multi-Asset

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• BD, partnership, affiliate, or sales experience in brokerage, CFD, trading, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Understanding of CFDs, ETFs, indices, commodities, or other multi-asset trading products.
• Strong partner network and proven track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is essential.

Preferred

• Experience at a brokerage, CFD broker, trading platform, fintech company, or crypto exchange.
• Familiarity with traditional financial markets and trading ecosystems.
• Additional local language skills are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, brokers, and trading communities.
• Drive user acquisition, deposits, trading activity, and revenue growth.
• Expand regional markets and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the growth of multi-asset trading products and initiatives.
