Business Administrator (Part-Time)
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP, or administrative accounting support
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Friendly, professional, and responsive in communication
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM systems preferred
- Experience with social media, content writing, Canva, or digital marketing is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable support
- Help organize invoices, payments, and administrative workflows
- Support communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Assist leadership with project coordination and executive support tasks
- Help organize documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and internal systems
- Coordinate follow-ups and help keep projects moving forward
- Assist with light content coordination, blog writing, social media support, or online projects when needed
