Business Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP, or administrative accounting support
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Friendly, professional, and responsive in communication
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM systems preferred
  • Experience with social media, content writing, Canva, or digital marketing is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Basic bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable support
  • Help organize invoices, payments, and administrative workflows
  • Support communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Assist leadership with project coordination and executive support tasks
  • Help organize documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and internal systems
  • Coordinate follow-ups and help keep projects moving forward
  • Assist with light content coordination, blog writing, social media support, or online projects when needed
