REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.
- Previous experience in accounting or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate transaction recording.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, self-driven, and reliable
Preferred:
- Additional education in accounting or business administration.
- Knowledge of multi-state taxes
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving customer inquiries or accounting discrepancies
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve productivity
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting customers with inquiries; providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Record all financial transactions accurately and promptly in QuickBooks
- Process customer payments securely and efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Support general bookkeeping and administrative operations as needed
- Starting at 15 hours/week, hours may increase during peak periods or based on business needs.
