REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a US resident.
- Able to work remotely – must have a working computer, stable internet and phone
- You must not be working on building your own business.
- Experience working with and certified in QuickBooks Online.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and follow-through.

- Ability to manage multiple clients.
- Ability to work well as a team and collaborate on projects.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues and ask questions.

- Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, positive, professional.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite).
- Asana, Slack, Double
- Experience with inventory software such as A2X, Fishbowl, Square
- Experience in PowerPivot, PowerQuery and pivot table construction
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on multiple clients, some of which require a daily touch.
- Bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks Online – entry of transactions, reconciliation of accounts, etc.
- Management of cloud-based technology tools such as Asana, Slack, Double, Bill.com, etc.
- Management and documentation of accounting workflows.
- Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
