Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification; barista training or coffee brewing certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café, restaurant, hospitality venue, or premium showroom environment.
• Fluent in English and Russian, with strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with additional language skills considered a plus.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and presentation.
• Create attractive latte art and maintain high beverage presentation standards to enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional hospitality experience to showroom visitors, guests, and VIP clients.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
• Operate, maintain, and clean coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station and service areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment of coffee beans, beverages, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and premium service standards at all times.
• Support showroom events, client meetings, and special hospitality requirements to enhance the luxury customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally, resolving concerns promptly while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
