Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven B2B cold calling experience — minimum 1 year
– Comfortable calling business owners; not intimidated by gatekeepers or pushback
– Clear, professional spoken English — you represent our brand on every call
– Organized and disciplined with follow-up; you don’t let leads fall through cracks
– Experience with CRM or call tracking tools (Monday.com and JustCall familiarity a plus)
– Background in home services, construction, or trades is a strong advantage — but not required if you’re a fast learner

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Work from provided lead lists of hardscaping contractors in the GA–VA corridor
– Conduct outbound calls using our JustCall dialer system
– Follow our established call script and objection-handling framework (training provided)
– Qualify prospects against our ICP criteria before booking
– Log all activity and outcomes in Monday.com (CRM)
– Follow up with non-answers and warm maybes on a structured cadence
– Report daily call metrics and weekly appointment summary
