Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an automotive painter.
• Experience working on luxury and premium vehicles is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing systems and color matching techniques.
• Ability to use spray guns, polishing machines, and paint preparation tools.
• Familiarity with water-based and solvent-based paint systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred :

• Previous experience in a luxury car workshop in Dubai.
• Certification in automotive refinishing is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect vehicle body panels and determine the required paint repair process.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, filling, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately using manufacturer specifications.
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and paint booth equipment.
• Perform spot repairs, panel painting, and complete vehicle resprays.
• Polish and buff painted surfaces to achieve a flawless finish.
• Ensure all work meets luxury vehicle manufacturer standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the paint booth and work area.
• Coordinate with denters and body technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
• Identify and rectify paint defects such as orange peel, runs, or dust contamination.
