REQUIREMENTS

Technical & Tooling

Comfortable learning tools for email verification, CRM systems, and automation

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity

Familiarity with messaging applications (eg., Telegram, Google Calendar etc)

Basic understanding of email outreach tools (or willingness to learn)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting

  • Execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn using predefined scripts and workflows
  • Identify and qualify leads based on clear targeting criteria
  • Book meetings with relevant decision-makers and ensure proper handoff to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses in CRM tools

2. AI-Assisted Workflow Execution

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, email assistants, scraping tools) to:
  • Personalize outreach at scale
  • Generate variations of messaging within defined guidelines
  • Improve response rates through iterative testing
  • Follow structured prompts and workflows to ensure consistency in messaging

3. Email Deliverability & List Hygiene

  • Work within defined email infrastructure guidelines to protect domain reputation
  • Follow domain warm-up processes (2–4 weeks) before scaling outreach
  • Assist in maintaining clean lead lists by:
  • Verifying email validity (DNS checks, third-party tools)
  • Avoiding inactive or invalid inboxes that may impact deliverability
  • Monitor bounce rates, spam signals, and campaign health

4. Research & Personalization

  • Research prospects to identify relevant context (e.g., shared connections, events, or mutual touchpoints)
  • Incorporate light personalization into outreach where required
  • Prioritize quality signals (e.g., warm references, relevant triggers) over generic mass outreach

5. Process Adherence & Optimization

  • Follow scripts and SOPs closely with minimal deviation
  • Provide feedback on what messaging works and what doesn’t
  • Continuously improve efficiency using tools and automation
