• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
• Engage with homeowners and business owners to introduce our services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Accurately record call details and appointment information
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals
