Appointment Sales Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven closer: You’re comfortable asking for payment on the phone, and you do it professionally.
- High empathy + high standards: You build rapport fast and you move the conversation to commitment.
- Process-driven: You follow a script, use a CRM correctly, and you don’t “wing it.”
- Experienced: 2+ years in phone sales, enrollment, inside sales, or appointment setting (healthcare is a plus).
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Convert inbound leads: Turn calls and form submissions into booked appointments.
- Secure reservation deposits: Confidently collect deposits over the phone in accordance with our policy to protect show rates.
- Outbound follow-up: Re-engage warm leads who didn’t schedule (no cold calling).
- Handle objections: Cost, timing, “need to think about it,” spouse approval, fear/uncertainty—your job is to lead the conversation to a decision.
- Own the pipeline: Keep CRM notes clean, follow-ups tight, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Improve through coaching: You’ll be recorded/role-played/coached to continuously improve conversion and show rate.
