Application Engineer 

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications is a strong advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Support, or Pre-Sales roles
• Strong technical knowledge of data center White Space solutions
• Understanding of power distribution and network infrastructure
• Experience with CAD tools and technical drawings
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix, international organization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage incoming technical and quotation requests from the EMEA sales organization
• Define and design tailored White Space solutions aligned with customer needs
• Prepare accurate technical quotations, including supporting drawings (CAD)
• Support sales teams in solution positioning and proposal development
• Present and explain technical solutions directly to customers when required
• Conduct win/loss analysis to improve future opportunities
• Gather and share customer feedback to support product and solution enhancement
