AP COORDINATOR
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate coding and proper approval of all invoices
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and execute payments according to scheduled timelines
- Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports related to accounts payable
- Support audit processes by providing required documentation and information
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes
