JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
~ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high-end residential environment
~ Basic AV system knowledge (cinema rooms, sound systems, screens, equipment setup)
~ Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance, aligned with luxury service standards
~ Friendly, proactive, and confident in assisting residents with amenities and facilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
~ Ensure all guest and resident amenities are maintained to exceptional luxury standards at all times.
~ Conduct regular inspections, water testing, and stock replenishment across pools, gyms, and spa facilities.
~ Manage towel supply, collection, and coordination of laundering services.
~ Support wellness activities and events through timely setup and breakdown of equipment.
