Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of administrative support experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level executives
- Proven track record of stable employment tenure without frequent job changes
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones preferred
- Advanced calendar management and scheduling coordination
- Expense management and reporting proficiency
- Event logistics support and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with standard business software and tools
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex schedules and calendars for two senior leaders across different time zones
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for leadership team members
- Process business expenses and maintain accurate expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings and events for each manager’s respective team
- Support global off-campus meeting requests and logistics
- Book and organize team calls and virtual meetings
- Arrange event logistics including organizing contacts and coordinating details
- Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned
- Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal stakeholders
