REQUIREMENTS
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web-based email systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative support
- Email management and correspondence (Webmail platforms)
- Data entry and spreadsheet management (Excel)
- Basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
