REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or operations support role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience with CMS/WordPress
- Experience in digital media, marketing, or healthcare is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data accurately into internal systems
- Upload and format content, lists, media, and data on and off company websites
- Support website content updates
- Update spreadsheets and internal documents
- Conduct basic QA checks for accuracy
- Perform light research tasks
- Support general administrative workflows as assigned
- Coordinate with various team members
