REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer tools
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under deadlines
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Real estate industry experience is considered an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, records, and data entry activities
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office-related tasks
- Provide administrative support to sales and leasing departments
- Maintain client records and ensure professional communication
- Assist with general office management and operational support
