REQUIREMENTS
- Superior attention to detail
- Proficiency with various back-end and content systems (website, calendar, CMS)
- Excellent phone/voice communication skills
- Excellent email communication skills
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Prior experience in an office environment required (sales, publishing or advertising preferred)
- Prior experience with contact management systems preferred
- Team player with exceptional follow-through and desire to contribute
- Must be able to adapt & meet challenges of a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
RESPONSIBILTIES
– Posting blog content (text and images) on website
– Adding online calendar listings
– Posting to social media
– Calling advertisers and prospects to identify proper contact
– Emailing information at request of prospect, client or sales staff
– Calling to verify accuracy of submitted calendar listings
– Contacting advertisers for ad proof approvals
– Entering related notes and scheduling calls in Contact Management System as needed
– Proofreading ads and editorial
– Supporting sales staff and principal as otherwise needed
