ACS Formwork Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience in GCC

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Supervise ACS jump form installation, assembly and erection for core walls and shear walls as per approved drawings, method statements and safety requirements.
2. Supervise and coordinate the work teams for safe installation, erection and assembly of the ACS system, ensuring compliance with the approved system setup and procedures.
3. Supervise the electrical/hydraulic climbing system and coordinate with the team to ensure safe, synchronized and proper jumping operations.
4. Supervise the 5-day jumping cycle for core walls and shear walls, coordinating with the Site and Safety teams to achieve the planned construction cycle.
5. Monitor ACS material usage and condition on site, ensuring proper handling, storage and identification/reporting of any damaged or missing components.
6. Supervise dismantling of the ACS jump form at roof/top level, ensuring safe dismantling, segregation, shifting and proper storage of all system components.
7. Identify idle or surplus ACS/formwork materials and coordinate their reuse at other site locations/projects, minimizing material wastage, rental requirements and additional procurement costs.
