Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Proven experience in a similar industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, non-profit) is preferred.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgets, providing insights into financial performance and variances.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and cash flow management to maintain optimal liquidity and identify potential discrepancies.
