Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accounting records and process accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P).
- Assist with timesheets, employee benefit accrual, and expense reports.
- Maintain foster care financial records and perform clerical duties as needed.
- Answer phones and support special projects as requested.
